“Geoff,
Just a short note of sincere thanks for what you and your staff
at Del Mondo have done for me. After numerous hair transplants
by others in previous years – with only mixed results -
in coming to you, I feel I’ve hit the jackpot! The operations
I’ve had at your surgery have been completely successful – indeed,
better than I dared hope. Your techniques impart a more natural
appearance and, although the hair was slow to grow, when it did,
it amounted to a better than 90% strike rate!
Again, sincere thanks,
Paul.”
Paul, Cairns.
“Enjoyed Geoff’s personal service.
I found it comforting to speak directly to him rather than a
sales person. Everyone
was very professional and friendly. Thanks for making a difficult
day easy.”
Tony, Lismore.
“Always caring and professional. Having
had transplants elsewhere, Clinic Del Mondo was the most relaxing,
painless and
friendliest
clinic that sets a high standard for all to follow.”
Wayne, Loganholme.
“ I was made to feel completely at
ease with the best care I have ever received. The procedure was
a success. Thanks Clinic Del Mondo.”
Susan, Tweed Heads.

satisfied
with the present outcome.”
Bob, Wavell Heights.
“All staff were prompt & professional,
the information given was very informative. Very happy with
my first transplant,
so
I came back for a second one. Thanks Clinic Del Mondo.”
Doug, Southport.
“Excellent. I felt very comfortable.
To all the staff, thank you very much.”
Trevor, Ashmore.
"Dear Sir,
I recently underwent micro graft surgery
at your office, only to find the results of the procedure
was nothing but first
class, the "hair" implants are very natural looking,
I would also like to mention that I was very impressed by the
professionalism of all staff members and look forward to further
surgery in the near future.
Many thanks"
Neil
Dear Geoff,
I wanted to take the time to thank
you for your help in regaining my hairline. I don't really know
how to thank you for what you
say is your job, at what was my despair and anguish.
Please show this unsolicited letter to your prospective customers
with my comments.
As you know, I commenced wearing hair pieces
in 1988 in the USA. The pieces were state of the art and fitted
at an exclusive
clinic which serviced the likes of Burt Reynolds, William Shatner
and many, many other Hollywood celebrities, however most of $2,000.00
pieces were replaced by actual hair transplants in the early
1990's.
I arrived back to Australia in 1994 and sort
your advice resulting in my purchasing your artificial hairs,
later you councelled me
to try a hair transplant of which I did by the transplanting
of 1000 grafts at your Wickham Tce offices in Brisbane.
I admit to some scepticism at the time, but,
12 months after the procedure, I am parting my hair again. I
can't
tell
you how
this has affected me personally other than to say that I am in
wonderment every morning when I face the mirror.
This procedure has very little pain to
it which in my case lasted less than a few days and all the
time bearable. It is worth "every
penny and every dollar" as it is something that goes with
me everywhere, no matter what Car I drive or suite I wear, In
short, the best money I have spent in a long time.
I wish you well and of course, I will return to you for further
consultations.
Warmest regards"
Captain Glen Conrad
Dear Geoff,
I am witing to tell you how happy I am with my
hair transplant. The first was done on June 14th and now some
6 months later I
am due for my first haircut. I cannot believe the difference
it has made to me both visually and psychologically My face now
has a frame and my friends tell me that I have taken 10 years
off my age.
It is surprising that no one has really
picked the transplant, all I hear is "You are looking so well" , not having
to have the "Flip Top" hair style, as my daughters
described it, has made life so much easier. No longer do I need
to get the prevailing winds forecast before I go out and no more
hair spray and no more caps.
Before the transplant I hated swimming because
when I came out of the water I was very self conscious of my
hair or lack of
it. Now I feel totally confident and self assured. As you know
I had the second on December 14th which now gives me 100% coverage
of a previously bald scalp.
I must commend both your staff on the professional manner in which you manage Clinic
Delmondo. I found that the
actual transplant was a breeze and the after care and advice
given was in keeping with the high standards of your clinic.
Warmest regards"
Barry Louis.
Admitting System for procedure
Well planned and coordinated from the outset. Pre-operative
information sharing adequate and appropriate and, in retrospect,
honest.
I left the Gold Coast Clinic feeling positive, encouraged to
follow through with a telephone call and a further visit to obtain
answers to queries and, ultimately, this instilled confidence
to follow up with an appointment.
Clinic Care
1. Friendly, relaxed and good sense of
humour combined with an atmosphere of the utmost professionalism
fostered a feeling
of "I'm in good hands". The session plan was an excellent
approach - staff interactions / entertainment initially followed
by video viewing.
2. Other than the obvious injections there were
only a few that I felt and they were not significant
to inform (I
would have if they caused discomfort outside my pain threshold).
Discharge
Post -operative information explained thoroughly at the clinic
and during the follow up telephone calls.
General
I would certainly recommend Clinic Del Mondo to others who wish
to investigate hair transplant surgery.
Further comments
I considered hair transplant surgery for
some years. What held me back was my concern I would be seated
in a waiting room with
my male counterparts whose hair loss was more significant than
mine. hence, thinking and feeling "what the heck am I doing
here!!". Had I realised the level of privacy and confidentiality
extended to the patients of Clinic Del Mondo I would have initiated
this procedure sooner. On the other hand, I guess the procedure
is more advanced now and therefore, I benefited from delaying
my decision to follow through.
There may be other women who have the same concerns who need
to learn of the level of privacy, confidentiality and individuality
extended to each potential patient of the clinic.
How you successfully advertise this - I don't
know."
